Job Description
SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER for Grocery anchor tenant retail centers. Position will be based in Volusia County (or surrounding areas), Florida.Our client is a privately held real estate company that is focused in the acquisition, development, ownership, leasing and management of upscale grocery anchored shopping centers, retail centers, commercial office buildings and restaurant properties throughout Florida. They have been in business for over 50 years.
They seek a dynamic, seasoned senior property manager with at least 10 years experience directly managing a-class grocery anchored retail centers with other national anchor tenants. MUST be extremely knowledgeable and proficient in AP & AR, Yardi 7+ with P2P & Commercial Cafe, etc, construction experience is a plus. Must have extremely good organizational and communication skills.
This position will focus on 3 main properties that contain a mix or recognizable tenants such as Publix, Ross, Party City, Bealls, Dollar tree and many others. They are all VERY busy, successful, and well leased centers.
