PYA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its high-performing and dynamic culture. This future teammate will support the firm’s Accounting & Advisory Team which includes the Audit & Assurance, Tax, and Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) programs. 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Accounting & Advisory team to timely prepare, create, and deliver proposals to new client requests 
  • Collaborate with internal and external constituencies to ensure client service excellence, business continuity, and confidentiality
  • Support executives including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of client meetings in-person, and via telephone and video 
  • Assist with new client set-up and project set-up, along with time entry, in Salesforce
  • Assist with other projects and provide back-up to administrative colleagues as needed

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative experience  
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with Adobe Pro and Salesforce preferred
  • Polished professionalism including a positive attitude combined with excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented individual with the ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and take ownership when dealing with support tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines when faced with multiple/competing tasks
