Jolly Roofing & Contracting Co., LLC, a leading commercial roofing contractor, is seeking an organized, motivated Administrative Assistant / Dispatcher to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position - one year of administrative or dispatch experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the office and field teams.

Communicate professionally via phone and email with customers, vendors, and technicians.

Dispatch service technicians to job sites, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized job records.

Assist with tracking work orders, material deliveries, and project updates.

Support the sales, dispatch, and service teams with daily tasks.

Help prepare job documentation and assist in the billing process as needed.
Qualifications:

Entry-level position: 1 year of administrative, dispatch, or office support experience preferred - willing to train the right person.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
