We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $130,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. At BHI, we believe in supporting our employees and their families. This is a local, in-office position with a consistent schedule of 8 am – 5 pm, 40 hours a week, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing robust financial controls.
• In-depth knowledge of the aggregates and paving industries.
• Proficiency with Viewpoint software.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and conduct comprehensive financial analysis.
• Strong leadership experience overseeing accounting staff.
