Arbor Division Manager

Arbor Division Manager - Austin, TX

We are seeking an experienced and driven Arbor Division Manager to lead and grow our arboriculture division in Austin, TX. In this role, you will work closely with developers, engineers, and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams, engineers, and PMs to oversee project timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Actively recruit, hire, and develop new team members to build a strong, skilled workforce within the Arbor Division
• Cultivate and expand client relationships, identifying potential business opportunities and new clients within the Austin market
• Manage and nurture current accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare and submit competitive bids and detailed project proposals to secure new contracts
• Conduct tree surveys, assessments, and risk evaluations to ensure compliance and health standards
• Work cross-departmentally with clients to integrate arbor solutions into broader project plans, supporting sustainable growth of the division
