Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations across your assigned region.

• Represent the company professionally by attending and scheduling client meetings.

• Uphold a positive brand image with customers, employees, and the public.

• Supervise hiring processes, ensuring alignment with company policies.

• Authorize purchases and approve bids in accordance with contract and procurement guidelines.

• Monitor and enforce company policies, procedures, and disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.

• Maintain a safe, high-morale workplace that encourages productivity and efficiency.

• Oversee document control systems, workflow processes, and record-keeping within the region.

• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director to address challenges, identify improvement areas, and achieve strategic goals.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in the Construction Industry.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Solid understanding of business math and financial concepts.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
