The Assembler / General Helper supports production operations by assembling products, organizing materials, and assisting with general shop tasks. This Assembler / General Helper role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience & Skills

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for most of the shift
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Count and organize materials and production components
• Assemble products according to instructions and specifications
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping guidelines
