Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of multi-family property leasing experience. 2yrs plus property management experience preferred.
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- High-energy and resident-focused mindset
- Strong motivational and team training skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Clear and professional written communication skills
- Experience with Entrata is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members
- Support training and scheduling of office personnel
- Help maintain delinquency standards and occupancy goals
- Contribute to effective leasing strategies and marketing efforts
- Manage purchase orders and invoices accurately
- Perform leasing duties using approved sales techniques
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Handle resident requests and concerns promptly and courteously
- Ensure accurate rent posting and tracking
