Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of leasing and multifamily housing experience
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High-energy, professional, and results-oriented attitude
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in hiring, training, and supporting onsite team members
• Implement effective leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Help manage rent collection and financial reporting
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies and fair housing regulations
• Assist with vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoices
• Maintain a professional and welcoming community atmosphere
