Qualifications:

• 1+ year multi-family experience; leadership experience preferred
• Strong team motivator with focus on resident service
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with Entrata is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Support hiring, training, and scheduling
• Manage leasing goals, delinquency, and occupancy standards
• Handle marketing, purchase orders, and invoices
• Provide excellent resident service and professional communication
