Essential Job Functions:Follow company, client, and project procedures.
Prepare project plans with timelines, work plans, and resource allocation.
Manage on-site supervision to ensure alignment with design, budget, and schedule.
Engage with customers to meet their expectations throughout projects.
Coordinate activities of company staff and subcontractors.
Handle project billing and collections.
Visit projects to assess progress and address needs or issues.
Ensure timely material procurement and vendor coordination.
Build lasting relationships by exceeding client and employee expectations.
Offer solutions and develop process improvements.
Provide feedback and reports to the business unit VP or Director.
Focus on financial forecasting in project reviews.
Guide and mentor team members and junior staff.
Expand skills and update knowledge to boost team innovation.
Lead job site safety and compliance with safety standards.
Participate in industry and community activities.
Prepare Change Management Forms and Procedures (MOPs).
Travel and manage shifts, including occasional night work.
Develop relationships with airlines and consulting firms.
Manage projects in major airports and understand badging processes.
Must be able to pass a 10 year background check and obtain a SIDA badge as needed
Coordinate material delivery and maintain vendor relations.
Foster strong relationships with IBEW local Unions across the country.
Understand TechOps and facilities maintenance in airlines.
Promote organic growth by coordinating with branches and maintaining oversight.
Visit branches regularly for support and coordination.
Required:
Experience in electrical contracting project management.
Knowledge of electrical installations and ability to read drawings.
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Familiarity with computer-based estimating.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding of billing and collections.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Obtain 30 Hour OSHA Certification within the first year.
Preferred:
College degree, journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license.
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, and on-screen takeoff.
