As an HSE Field Specialist, you’ll work closely with operations, supervisors, and craft personnel to promote safety awareness, reinforce accountability, and provide practical solutions that help prevent incidents before they occur. It’s a hands-on, collaborative environment where your judgment, leadership, and safety knowledge will continue to grow and make an immediate impact. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations and craft personnel to drive meaningful safety improvements and make a visible impact each day.
Job Description
Assist the Division Safety Manager in maintaining and advancing a safety program consistent with company standards and regulatory requirements. This includes pre-job planning, supporting task-specific procedures, and evaluating field performance. Monitor compliance, issue periodic reports, and develop action plans to improve results. Participate in creating and delivering impactful training for safety, personnel development, and crew engagement. Strong computer and reporting skills are essential to prepare accurate investigations, analyses, and documentation.
