BIM Piping Detailer

Nash Plumbing and Mechanical LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Building Information Modeling (BIM) Piping Detailer to assist in the day-to-day drawing, layout, and detailing of all Nash PM BIM Projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Shop Drawings for field instillation
• Prepare Fabrication Spools of Coordinated Systems
• Creation of Trimble/Hilti Total station Point layout files
• Assist in the Creation of Revit Families
• Learn to Create and Understand Plumbing and Mechanical System Models

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry Level Position � No Experience Required
• Knowledge of Revit/CAD & Bluebeam Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office Apps
• Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Organizational/Time Management Skills with the ability to multitask several projects at one time
