A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Lead and inspire all branch personnel to deliver top-notch service and efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and manage sales activities and budgets to hit or exceed targets.
- Collaborate with Inventory and Purchasing teams to keep stock levels in check and control surplus.
- Oversee branch employee training and ensure essential duties are completed.
- Handle managerial tasks like proposals, budgeting, labor cost analysis, and reporting.
- Make key policy, planning, and strategy decisions with other middle and upper managers.
