Job Overview

Anderson Roofing & Construction is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals who thrive on meeting new people and setting the stage for successful sales. As a Canvasser / Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers-introducing them to our company, generating interest in roof inspections, and booking appointments for our sales consultants. If you've worked in a similar door-to-door, telemarketing, or promotional role, you'll fit right in-but if not, we'll train you to do it the Anderson way.

• Educate potential customers about our roofing services and set appointments for inspections.
• Record and report leads, follow-up details, and customer feedback using mobile tools.
• Represent Anderson Roofing & Construction in a professional, respectful manner.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily/weekly appointment setting goals.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.

• Experience in canvassing, appointment setting, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Strong people skills-confident, friendly, and not afraid to knock on doors.
• Great communication and listening skills.
• Goal-oriented with a competitive, driven attitude.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on foot in various weather conditions.
• Tech-savvy-able to use phone apps for tracking and reporting.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
