Responsible for a variety of engineering tasks associated with a particular assignment in one of the engineering departments or field operating districts. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Applies standard engineering methods and techniques to solve problems and completes other tasks related to the support and development of the department This role provides support for cathodic protection (CP) design and field operations, including gas station CP, steel and ductile iron pipeline CP, and AC mitigation work. Key responsibilities include producing AutoCAD deliverables, project management of construction and large survey projects, and involvement in bidding and estimation efforts for assigned work. The position also serves as a project representative by attending preâbid meetings, assisting with construction activities, completing minor annual surveys during peak workloads, and performing advanced troubleshooting and field design tasks. Additional duties include attending regional and national conferences and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular meetings and outreach. |
