This high exposure position will oversee all current growth strategies and build out the necessary teams to manage acquisition targets. To qualify, candidates must have a strong background in corporate accounting, SEC Reporting, operational accounting, and M&A rollup experience with a proven ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
POSITION TITLE: CFO
POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a top level finance leader to oversee financial operations relating to current strategic growth initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly credentialed, individual with 10-15 years of experience looking to be mentored into a C-level role. This role will initially be involved in the evaluation of M&A targets using a systematic evaluation approach and assist with incorporating those M&A targets under a rollup acquisition strategy for technology, medical, and industrial staffing companies. Once the rollup strategy is completed, it is anticipated that this role will transition into a C-level role of a $300 Million+ company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead role in integration of multiple private companies into a public company reporting structure
· Ongoing evaluation of private company acquisition targets
· Build and manage a post-integration finance and accounting team
· Ensure proper training of all personnel working on financial, accounting, audit, or fiscal matters.
· Manage the preparation and filing of annual and quarterly SEC reporting
· Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting
· Advise on long-term business and financial planning
· Establish and develop relations with senior management, external partners and stakeholders
· Oversee and monitor financial position, banking and financing activities, capital structure, banking and financial covenants, and hedging arrangements, as applicable.
