As our Form Builder Setter Helper, you will support skilled carpenters and foremen by preparing, assembling, and staging formwork for civil construction projects while learning key trade skills on the job.
Day‑to‑day, you will handle materials, assist with measurements and layout, cut and prep formwork components, and use basic tools and equipment under supervision. You’ll help stage materials by work area, support simple plan interpretation, and maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
Experienced helpers may take on additional responsibilities such as assisting with layout, improving productivity, and continuing to build skills toward more advanced formwork roles.

Your Background
- Previous experience as a form builder, carpenter helper, or similar role on civil construction projects.
