We are currently in search of Client Solutions Representatives to join our sales team and help us continue to exceed the expectations of our clients.


Job Description

As a Client Solutions Representative, your core responsibility is to deliver exceptional service while meeting and exceeding sales goals. Your focus will be on building strong relationships and guaranteeing that every interaction with prospective clients reflects professionalism, effectiveness, and a sincere understanding of their roofing and painting needs. 

 

Relationship Management and Communication

  • Proactively follow up with clients to address any concerns, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to facilitate the claims process on behalf of clients. 
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and insurance-related activities.

Client Interaction and Sales Process

  • Respond and follow-up on incoming leads in a timely manner. 
  • Conduct onsite consultations with clients, providing expert advice on roofing solutions and presenting premium products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Drive sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our premium roofing solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation and conversion strategies.



Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales and relationship building while meeting and exceeding sales goals. 
  • Ability to work full-time business hours with additional availability required from time to time, especially during the peak season. 
  • Ability to work in an in-office environment, reporting into the assigned location by 9:00am Monday-Friday.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory for onsite client consultations. 
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Safety-conscious

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in sales. 
  • Prior knowledge and sales expertise in the roofing industry. 
  • Bonus Points: Spanish-English Bilingual.


Benefits


Compensation

  • $40,000 base salary.
  • + $65,000 target commission earnings based in hitting sales goals.
  • = $100,000 total on-target earnings (OTE) consisting of a base salary plus commissions.
  • There is no cap on commissions. We expect exceptional Client Solutions Reps to earn well above the OTE listed above.
  • Commissions will pay monthly for the prior month's closed and collected jobs.
