Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager with projects in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, construction management, and overall project management tasks to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of Commercial Construction experience
- Project Coordination and Project Management expertise
- Ability to manage ground-up and large renovation projects individually or as part of a team
- Proficiency with scheduling (Suretrak, MS Project) and BIM software and processes
- Budgeting proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to continually learn, adapt, and build on your skills in a challenging, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
