G1 Mechanical is looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Foreman ,ready to take charge and lead the field. As our new Foreman, you will be responsible for managing crews on commercial job sites, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's confident in their HVAC expertise and thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

- Lead field crews in the installation and service of HVAC systems for commercial projects
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project coordination and execution
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans
- Ensure quality control, adherence to schedules, and safety protocols on every job site
- Conduct daily briefings and delegate work to team members to keep progress on track
- Monitor material usage, tool management, and inventory on site
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients on project updates and needs
- Train and mentor newer technicians and apprentices
- Solve problems in real-time and adjust plans to overcome unforeseen challenges
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations
- Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or Lead Technician in both commercial work
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC installation and service best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Hands-on, team-first mentality with a drive to deliver exceptional work
- Must have own industry specific basic tools.
- Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools for documentation and communication
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
