Job Overview:
G1 Mechanical is actively seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead the execution of commercial HVAC projects. In this critical role, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll be joining a dynamic, fast-paced environment where quality craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and team collaboration are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial HVAC projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely, quality execution
  • Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting for multiple concurrent projects
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
  • Track progress through reports, change orders, and project documentation
  • Address and resolve issues as they arise with a solution-focused mindset
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to plans and quality standards
  • Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations

Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification (required)
  • Proven experience managing HVAC projects in commercial settings
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and construction best practices
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license

Work Schedule:
