Commercial Refrigeration Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technicians for projects located in and around Powell, TN.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $30-35/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Refrigeration Technician eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope:

• Install, Maintain, and Repair Refrigeration Systems in Commercial and Industrial Settings
• Troubleshoot
• Communicate Effectively with Clients to Understand their Needs, Explain Issues, and Provide Solutions
• Ensure all Work Complies with Local, State, and Federal Regulations, including Safety Standards and Environmental Policies
• Refrigerant Handling and Disposal
• Keep Accurate Records of Service Visits, Parts Used, and System Performance
• Submit Reports

Requirements:

• • Strong Troubleshooting abilities, Mechanical Aptitude, and Experience with a Wide Variety of Commercial Refrigeration Equipment
  • Proven Experience as a Refrigeration Technician, preferable in a Commercial Setting
  • Familiarity with the Installation, Maintenance and Repair of Commercial Refrigeration Systems
  • Solid Understanding of Refrigeration Principles, Controls, and HVAC Systems
  • Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
  • Strong Troubleshooting,Diagnostic, and Problem Solving Skills
  • Able to Lift Heavy Equipment and Work in Physically Demanding Environment
