Summary
We are searching for a driven and experienced Industrial / Commercial Roofing Business Development/Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business relationships, identifying and qualifying leads, and driving sales growth for our industrial & commercial roofing services. Additionally, you handle the entire estimation and bidding process.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Conduct the entire estimation and bidding process on each roofing project.
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs and provide them with tailored solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the commercial and industrial sectors
- Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, outlining the benefits of our roofing systems and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Manage and track sales opportunities through the sales funnel
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the industrial & commercial roofing industries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of business development, estimation, and bidding jobs in the commercial and industrial roofing sector
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets
- Strong understanding of the commercial roofing industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
