Our Houston operation continues to expand, and we are seeking a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to grow our presence across the Greater Houston market.
Position Overview
As a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial client relationships throughout Houston and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands relationship-based selling, enjoys working in a construction environment, and is motivated by long-term growth and earning potential.
You will work closely with estimators, project managers, and branch leadership to deliver high-quality roofing solutions to property owners, facility managers, and commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Houston and surrounding markets
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and general contractors
- Conduct on-site roof evaluations and client consultations
- Partner with estimators to prepare accurate, competitive proposals
- Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through contract execution
- Track leads, proposals, and follow-ups using CRM software
- Represent Jolly Roofing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
- Support branch leadership with sales forecasting and market development

- Comfortable selling large-scale commercial projects and service agreements
Qualifications
- Commercial sales experience in roofing, construction, or building services preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to travel locally throughout the Houston metro area, with occasional regional travel
- Valid Driver's License (preferred)
Compensation
- Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based bonuses
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
