What You�ll Need to Succeed:

• Minimum 2 years in multi-family property management

• Strong leadership skills and a natural motivator for team success

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish � required

• Passion for delivering top-tier resident service

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel (Entrata experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Positive, problem-solving mindset with great organizational abilities

• Monitor delinquency and ensure rent collection standards

• Conduct daily property inspections and uphold community standards

• Lead, mentor, and support office and maintenance teams

• Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations

• Prepare timely reports to keep operations running smoothly
