What We Require:

• 2-5 years of multi-family property management experience
• High energy and a strong focus on providing excellent resident service
• Ability to motivate and train your team on leasing, marketing, and collections
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a preference for working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to compose grammatically correct and professional notices
• Experience with Entrata is preferred

What You�ll Do:

• Operate the property in alignment with the financial guidelines set by the Regional Manager and Owner
• Achieve occupancy goals and leasing targets using a variety of marketing strategies
• Meet delinquency standards on a weekly and monthly basis
• Conduct daily physical inspections of the property to ensure everything is running smoothly
• Supervise the office and maintenance staff
• Secure Regional Manager approval for any expenses outside the approved budget
