What We�re Looking For:
- 2+ years of multi-family property management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Entrata software (preferred)
- A passion for resident satisfaction and community excellence
Your Role at Allora:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to drive occupancy and financial performance
- Lead and support leasing, maintenance, and office staff
- Manage budget, expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations
- Conduct regular property inspections and control delinquency
- Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
- Prepare accurate and timely reporting
