- Experience: At least 2 years of multi-family property management experience.
- Energetic Personality: You love providing excellent resident service and keeping the energy up.
- Leadership Skills: You can motivate and train a team across leasing, marketing, and collections.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A positive outlook and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with Entrata a plus!
- Communication Pro: Strong writing skills for clear, professional communication.
Your Responsibilities:
- Keep the property financially healthy while achieving occupancy goals.
- Manage delinquency standards and resolve issues quickly.
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure the property stays top-notch.
- Lead and support both the office and maintenance teams.
- Approve budget expenditures and help hire amazing team members.
- Provide outstanding service to residents and manage requests efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.
- Stay on top of reports, and meet deadlines with ease.
