What We�re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience managing multi-family properties
• A driven, upbeat leader with a passion for resident satisfaction
• Proven ability to motivate, lead, and coach leasing, marketing, and collections teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to make sound decisions quickly
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Solid written communication skills�you know how to keep it clear and professional
• Experience with Entrata is a plus, but not a deal-breaker

What You�ll Do:

• Keep your community thriving�manage financials and maintain high occupancy
• Lead the charge on reducing delinquencies and hitting performance goals
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure top-tier curb appeal and standards
• Support and guide your leasing and maintenance teams with a hands-on, positive approach
• Approve expenses, assist with hiring, and help build a powerhouse team
• Serve as a reliable, solutions-oriented point of contact for residents
• Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, and all regulatory requirements
• Stay organized with timely reporting and documentation
