Brookside is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead the team at Views of Brentwood, a scenic community nestled in the rolling foothills of one of Nashville�s most desirable neighborhoods. What We�re Looking For

• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Entrata experience a plus
• Ability to lead leasing, marketing, collections, and maintenance teams
• Commitment to excellent resident service and operational success

• Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
