What We�re Looking For:

• 2�5 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including at least 2 years in a property management role. Multisite experience a plus.
• South Carolina Property Manager License (required)
• Professional appearance and attire appropriate for a leadership role
• High-energy approach with a passion for delivering exceptional resident service
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing leasing, maintenance, and office teams
• Organized and strategic, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and property management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the property meets financial goals and occupancy targets
• Drive leasing performance through strategic marketing and community engagement
• Manage rent collection and maintain delinquency levels within company standards
• Conduct regular property inspections to uphold appearance and safety standards
• Lead, supervise, and support office and maintenance teams in a positive, team-oriented environment
• Approve invoices and manage spending in line with the approved budget
• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members in collaboration with senior management
• Maintain a professional image and ensure your team does the same
• Handle resident concerns with promptness, professionalism, and courtesy
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
• Submit accurate reports on time and maintain thorough documentation
