What WeοΏ½re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management and LIHTC (tax credit) housing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train leasing, maintenance, and office teams
- Resident-focused with excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure financial and occupancy goals are met
- Monitor delinquency and enforce rent collection policies
- Conduct property inspections and maintain high curb appeal
- Support hiring, training, and supervision of staff
- Manage budgets and approve operational expenditures
- Deliver outstanding service to residents and respond to maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with housing regulations and safety standards
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on property performance
