The Compressor Service Manager will oversee the rebuild and repair of industrial compressors, managing a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all equipment. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee the rebuild and repair of industrial compressors.
- Manage a team of technicians to ensure optimal performance and reliability of all equipment.
- Develop and implement rebuild schedules and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and order parts and supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide training and support to technicians on best practices and technical skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel occasionally to attend meetings, trainings, and events.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer, phone, printer, scanner, and other office equipment.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds of files, documents, and materials.
