This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Operate polishing equipment
- Perform surface preparation
- Grinding, patching and cleaning flooring
- Working with planetary grinders, burnishers and vacuums
- Apply densifiers, stains and sealers as needed
- Achieve various finishes, matte, satin and gloss
- Maintain tools and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints or project specifications
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized
