• Select appropriate grinding pads and techniques based on concrete type.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Collaborate with team members, effectively communicating on project progress.
• Perform quality control checks to meet project specifications.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in concrete grinding and polishing.
• Strong technical skills with concrete finishing equipment.
