Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Remove construction debris, trash, and hazardous materials from work areas

Sweep, mop, and clean surfaces to maintain site safety and organization

Assist with loading and unloading construction materials

Operate basic hand tools and equipment for site cleanup

Follow OSHA safety regulations and company policies

Collaborate with site supervisors and other crew members to ensure efficient cleanup

Identify and report any safety hazards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction site cleanup, general labor, or janitorial work is a plus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Comfortable working in various weather conditions and environments

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable transportation to job sites

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
