Construction Dispatch Manager

The Trucking/Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing the dispatch of heavy trucks, supporting the grading and production division, scheduling import/export activities and material deliveries, as well as managing a team of CDL drivers.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

• Scheduling, dispatching and transporting fleet
• Developing successful implementation plans and programs necessary to increase uptime and utilization
• Work with clients to service non-contract grading/export activities.

Skills & Requirements:

• Off-road fleet/transporation experience is a huge plus
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Bilingual Spanish is a huge plus
• Previous trucking Experience (CDL Preferred)
• Previous construction experience with a focus on grading preferred
• Familiarity with GPS tracking applications
• Good organization skills
• Proficiency with computer software, including Excel
