What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily field operations and job site crews
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope
- Maintain job site safety and enforce company standards
- Perform site inspections and quality control checks
- Communicate progress with management and office staff
- Solve problems quickly to keep projects moving
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of construction experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Ability to lead a crew and hold people accountable
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read job scopes, plans, and work orders
- Comfortable making decisions in the field
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Working Conditions:
This position is on-site at construction projects, often in jobsite trailer environments. Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat and cold. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud.
