We are currently seeking a Civil Foreman to join our team. Projects include roadway construction, rehabilitation, storm drainage, milling, and repaving.

The Civil Foreman is a working supervisor responsible for leading an assigned crew while collaborating closely with the Superintendent. This role oversees daily operations, plans work activities, coordinates materials, and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate leads by example and maintains a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
Plan, coordinate, and organize personnel, equipment, tools, and materials to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution
Oversee proper operation and maintenance of construction equipment
Maintain accurate records, including job quantities, productivity, timesheets, and daily reports
Work alongside the crew to ensure timely completion of tasks
Lead by example to promote a positive and productive team environment
Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards
Minimum of 5 years in the civil construction industry (required)
At least 1 year in a leadership role within construction (required)
Willingness and ability to travel
Valid driver’s license
Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
OSHA 10 Certification
