Detail Overview of Responsibilities:
● Maintain constant communication with management, staff and vendors to ensure proper operations
● Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance protocols
● Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
● Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
● Report to Branch Manager on business metrics
● Ensure operational activities remain on time within a defined budget
● Track staffing requirements
● Assure that contracts, projects and bids are being completed as outlined in the terms
● Coordinate with field supervisors on job status
● Involved in hiring and maintaining staff
Desired Skill Set:
● Proven operations management experience (3+ years)
● Extensive knowledge of commercial landscape installations
● Strong budget development
● Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
● Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations
● Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiating process
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Capable of passing a pre-employment drug screening
Work Conditions:
● Ability to work in an office setting
● Capable of working in a fast paced environment
● Able to work for 8+ hours 5 days a week
● Capable of meeting outdoors for site walk-throughs
