Job Overview:
Pool Pros is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Lead/Foreman to oversee and execute high-quality swimming pool construction projects across residential and commercial sites. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll manage crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure the successful delivery of unique, challenging projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead and supervise crews through all phases of swimming pool construction
- Interpret and execute from blueprints, plans, and layout designs
- Coordinate equipment, material deliveries, and daily project schedules
- Ensure projects are built to spec, on-time, and within budget
- Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Provide hands-on support during excavation, plumbing, steelwork, and finish installation
- Troubleshoot construction challenges and deliver real-time solutions
- Uphold the Pool Pros standard of craftsmanship and professionalism on every job
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in swimming pool construction or a related field (e.g., concrete, landscape construction, general construction)
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and jobsite plans
- Leadership skills with experience supervising teams and coordinating projects
- High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent time management and communication skills, Spanish speaking a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Schedule:
- Full-time | Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays depending on project needs
- 8-10 hour shifts depending on site demands
Work Location:
- Variable job sites across the region (residential and commercial)
- Start and end days at designated shop/staging areas
