Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project budget, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures on the construction site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role (+5 years).
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA certification and knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong network of subcontractors / trades (preferred)

Salary and Benefits:
