Project Overview: 

Project Solutions Inc. is seeking personnel to provide a full range of civil engineering and management support services in support of Creech AFB operations. The selected team members will deliver electrical, mechanical, civil, and structural engineering expertise and associated management support, addressing project planning, programming, design oversight, construction management, renovation and demolition activities, and realty specialist services. The overall goal is to support programming decisions to achieve optimum resource efficiency and the lowest life-cycle cost. 

This role is contingent upon award of project.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain and update project trackers to ensure accurate status reporting for all assigned projects.
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, and issues to government engineering leadership in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with government engineering leadership to manage work schedules, assignments, and priorities for Project Engineers and Project Managers.
  • Serve as a construction representative for large and complex projects, ensuring compliance with design, scope, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control construction activities involving specialized electrical systems, advanced mechanical systems, and/or unique structural requirements.
  • Oversee construction operations for base facilities, infrastructure, and associated utility distribution systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Required Education, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum four 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management /Construction Technology or in Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.  
  • Ability to obtain Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and other specifications.
  • Written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong computer and technology literacy to utilize PCs and mobile devices.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
