Construction Manager

We have a current need for a Construction Manager on-site in Iowa (M-F); we are open to candidates in Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Northern MI, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor construction activities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Coordinate with contractors, utilities, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Provide technical guidance and leadership
• Support project documentation and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in transmission engineering
• Experience with extreme high voltage (EHV) systems preferred
• Strong project management and field oversight skills
