Requirements

What You’ll Do


As a Construction Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple broadband Outside Plant (OSP) projects — including aerial and underground builds — and guide crews, supervisors, and subcontractors to success.


You’ll spend your days:

  • Leading and motivating teams to complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinating schedules, materials, and field resources to stay on track.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring expectations are met.
  • Monitoring project quality, budgets, and timelines — and finding smart ways to improve them.
  • Promoting a strong safety culture on every site.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in OSP construction management (fiber, aerial, or underground).
  • Proven ability to lead field teams, manage subcontractors, and oversee multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills — with a commitment to quality and safety.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the Northeast Ohio region.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
