HC Company is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with clients, contractors, and design teams to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with owners during pre-construction to define scope, budgets, milestones, and permitting strategies.

• Coordinate design meetings, milestone schedules, and bid administration.

• Lead OAC meetings, review schedules, and track progress during construction.

• Oversee submittals, RFIs, owner-furnished materials, and financial control processes.

• Manage closeout activities including punch walks, commissioning, and final documentation.

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring communication, safety, and quality are never compromised.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• 5–8 years of commercial construction experience with both pre-con and field exposure.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills.

• Proficiency with Cad, Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and MS Office.

• Proven ability to build relationships and drive projects to successful completion.
