Construction Manager (CMa)
1) Oversee technical and administrative activities for the project.
2) Review and approve drawings as design reviewers.
3) Assist the government in providing direction and control of design and construction phase activities.
4) Manage the inspections of physical work performance and installations of materials / components.
5) Prepare cost estimates.
6) Review and prepare invoices.
The Construction Manager (CMa) must have experience in developing and maintaining complex, long-term, multi-year project management activities including but not limited to:
● Combined ten (10) years’ experience in the field of architecture and engineering, construction, or business management.
● Experience on project(s) similar in size, scope, and complexity.
● Experience managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor categories.
● The CMa shall possess a degree in architecture, engineering, business management or construction management (from an accredited college/university) or in lieu of the degree the candidate must have 10 years of management experience in the construction management field.
