What You'll Do:
- Project Support & Documentation – Manage RFIs, submittals, change documentation, and project logs to keep everything on track.
- Scheduling & Coordination – Assist in maintaining and updating project schedules, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Problem Solving – Work alongside the Project Manager to resolve challenges efficiently.
- Communication & Meetings – Attend project meetings, document key discussions, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Closeout & Quality Control – Support punch lists, warranty management, closeout document management, and ensure successful project completion.
What We're Looking For:
- Education: 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture or equivalent applicable work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Understanding of construction processes and documentation.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
