Triversity Construction is expanding in the Columbus market and hiring
Project Managers to help in the expansion and take ownership of commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
This is a unique and hands-on role where you will lead projects, manage client relationships, aid in overall company expansion efforts in Columbus, and drive execution across schedule, budget, and field coordination.
Typical projects range from
$1M to $10MΒ across healthcare, workplace, retail, and community focused builds.

What youβll be responsible for
- Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and partners.
- Oversee RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
- Identify risks early and keep projects moving forward.
- Partner with preconstruction on estimating, buyout, and subcontract creation.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Business development and networking opportunities with prospects, channel partners, subcontractors, and industry peers.
What weβre looking for
- 6+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Experience managing or supporting full lifecycle construction projects.
- Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract management.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate clearly with clients and partners.
- Experience with healthcare, workplace, retail, or similar commercial projects is a plus.
- Preconstruction or estimating experience is helpful but not required.
- Recent experience building in the central Ohio region.
